1、 Quality assurance and quality system

1. Quality assurance system: the company has established a perfect quality management system, and the organization mode is formulated according to ISO9000, including but not limited to the following contents:
1) Quality management organization - implement three-level quality management: the quality inspection department is the functional department of the company's product quality management, which carries out comprehensive quality control management of the company's product quality; Quality Control Engineer: the company's product quality control implementation and supervision and management; Production team leader, station leader: Quality Supervision and control management of production process
2) Quality documents: implement three-level document management. Quality manual; The quality control procedure documents include but are not limited to the following documents: document control, personnel training control, procurement control, incoming inspection and control, process inspection and test control, final inspection and test control, product identification and traceability control, product protection control, monitoring and measuring device control, internal audit, key process control, unqualified product control, quality control and quality control Contents of procedure documents such as control sequence of corrective and preventive measures; Product quality record documents, including but not limited to the following record contents: raw material warranty, re inspection report, drawing and change record, material process limit and change record, production process operation instruction and change record, purchased parts inspection sheet, self-made parts inspection card, general assembly and commissioning inspection card
2. Product quality assurance and control: product quality control is divided into prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum three stages
1) Pre production stage: qualified supplier management: the company's suppliers of products and materials must be selected from the list of qualified suppliers. All suppliers entering the list of qualified suppliers must strictly pass the supplier evaluation system, and be evaluated in the form of on-site investigation, performance evaluation and sample evaluation, at least once a year. At first, full inspection is adopted for supply. If the supply quality is stable and can be improved continuously, sampling inspection can be adopted. If the quality of the supply is not up to standard, it will be returned and assessed according to the management system of qualified suppliers. If the quality is seriously reduced and there is no effective improvement measures, the qualification of qualified suppliers will be cancelled. Work license system: in order to ensure that the operation skills of the production workers meet the requirements of the company's product quality, in addition to the work certificate issued by the national functional department, the production workers must pass the theory and skill assessment of the company's technical department and issue the work license before they can participate in the product manufacturing
2) Production stage: equipment support: the company has all kinds of equipment, fixtures, testing instruments, special inspection tools and measuring tools for product production and inspection. See equipment list for details
On site product process quality control: implement dynamic management on the production site, strictly "three according to production" -- according to the drawings, according to the process (operation instructions), according to the standards; Do "three not let go" - unqualified materials are not used, unqualified products are not allowed to flow into the next process, and products that have not been inspected are not allowed to leave the factory; The manufacturing personnel shall conduct self inspection, mutual inspection and inspection
Special inspection and control of personnel; For batch products, inspectors will also carry out the first inspection and group inspection. At the same time, the manufacturing personnel will fill in the quality records of the production process at any time and truthfully
Material control of products: the materials used in products are all well-known brands at home and abroad, and physical and chemical tests are needed for the materials used in key parts and important parts
Welding quality control: all kinds of welding must be carried out in strict accordance with the welding process. Before the formal implementation of the welding of key parts, a special person must be designated to test the welding, and the film inspection shall be carried out, and then the test welding personnel shall specially weld after passing. After welding, conduct dye detection. Mechanical vibration is used to remove welding stress to eliminate stress and prevent deformation
2) Postpartum stage (after-sales service): we provide customers with a detailed production plan of the contract products within one week after receiving the customer's order. If the customer needs to go to the production site for product production supervision, the time and frequency of supervision can be determined according to the content of the production plan
We have professional after-sales service personnel who can quickly solve the quality problems raised by customers. We promise to reply the quality problems raised by customers within 2 hours and arrive at the designated site within 24 hours. Our after-sales service personnel will regularly follow up the use of users' products.

2、 Production process and technical features

Each product produced by the company has strict guarantee from contract signing, drawing design, process and welding specification formulation, raw material procurement and re inspection, each process of production, each process of inspection, shipping control, service control, etc; Strict process flow card system is implemented in product manufacturing. For each part and weld of the product, the detailed data of who bought the material, which furnace number and batch number of which steel plant, who accepted it, which process, which welder or riveter did it, etc. can be found clearly. Each product has a detailed birth certificate
(1) Procurement and inspection requirements
1. Steel products
(1) the variety, specification and performance of materials shall meet the requirements of current material standards and drawings. Before warehousing, the material quality certificate, material mark and inspection report shall be inspected one by one
(2) Before the steel plate is put into storage, the thickness of steel plate shall be spot checked; The number of spot checks shall be no less than 10% of the total number of steel plates of the same type, specification and furnace batch number. During spot checks, there shall be no less than 5 inspection points for each steel plate
(3) The specification, size and allowable deviation of section steel shall meet the requirements of material standards and drawings. Before warehousing, sampling inspection shall be carried out. The number of section steel with the same type and specification shall not be less than 10% of the total number. During sampling inspection, there shall be no less than 5 inspection points
(4) When there are defects such as rust, pitting or scratch on the surface of steel plate, its depth shall not be greater than 50% of the negative deviation value of corresponding steel plate thickness
(5) The corrosion grade of steel surface shall comply with grade C and above specified in gb8923-1988 rust grades and derusting grades of steel surface before painting
(6) There shall be no delamination, slag inclusion and other defects at the end or fracture of steel
2. Fasteners
2 (1) The varieties and specifications meet the requirements of standards and drawings. Before warehousing, check the quality certificate and performance test report one by one
(2) Before warehousing, spot check the marks and surface defects, and the marks shall comply with the corresponding provisions of GB / t1237-2000 "fastener marking methods"; The allowable limit of surface defects shall be in accordance with GB / t5779.1-2000 General requirements for bolts, screws and studs with surface defects of fasteners and GB / t5779.2-2000 General requirements for nuts with surface defects of fasteners
(3) Spot check quantity: the spot check quantity of fasteners of the same type and specification shall not be less than 10% of the total quantity
(4) If not specified in the drawing, all fasteners shall be delivered in hot-dip galvanized state
3. Welding materials
(1) the varieties, specifications and properties of welding materials should meet the corresponding requirements in welding process documents; Before warehousing, check the quality certificate and material identification one by one
(2) For the same type and specification of welding material, 10% sampling re inspection shall be conducted according to the welding material standard
(2) Welding control
(1) according to the qualified welding procedure, prepare the welding procedure, select welding materials, and assign qualified welders for welding; The welding process document shall be submitted to the customer as a part of the product quality certificate
(2) If the bracket parts need butt joint due to material reasons, the groove shall be of full penetration welding structure, which shall be ground flat after welding, and 100% radiographic or ultrasonic testing shall be conducted. The radiographic quality shall not be lower than grade AB, and grade III shall be qualified; The ultrasonic test was grade II; After the fabrication of support parts, all corner joints shall be subject to 50% magnetic particle testing, and grade I is qualified
(3) Weld nondestructive testing standard shall be implemented according to JB / t4730-2000 nondestructive testing of pressure equipment< (3) dimension control
(1) after machining, the linear dimension and angular tolerance not indicated in the drawing shall meet the following standard requirements:
welding: Grade B of GB 19804-2005 general dimension and geometric tolerance of welded structures
Machining: grade m of GB 1804-2000 General tolerances linear and angular dimensional tolerances without tolerance indication
chamfering and rounding: grade m in GB 1804-2000 General tolerances linear and angular dimensional tolerances without tolerance indication
cutting: Grade C of GB 1804-2000 General tolerances linear and angular dimensional tolerances without tolerance indication
Bending: linear dimension GB 1804-2000 General tolerances linear and angular dimensional tolerances without tolerance indication grade C

(2) After the equipment is manufactured, the shape and position tolerance not noted in the drawing shall meet the following standard requirements:
riveted and welded parts: grade g of GB 19804-2005 general dimensions and shape and position tolerances of welded structures
machined parts: GB / t1184-1996 "shape and position tolerances without tolerance values" class k
(4) Painting
(1) after the stainless steel parts are made, pickling and passivation should be carried out at the surface discoloration to achieve the effect of consistent surface color
(2) for carbon steel parts, derusting of steel surface before coating
(3) Carbon steel parts with paint coating shall be coated with anti rust primer immediately after rust removal. The primer shall be one coat of epoxy zinc rich primer with dry film thickness of 30-50 μ m; One coat of acrylic polyurethane topcoat with dry film thickness of 30-50 μ m; The total thickness of dry film shall not be less than 60-100 μ m; The color of each layer of paint shall maintain enough contrast to identify whether the surface is completely covered
(4) The surface of carbon steel parts shall be free from miscoating and missed coating, and the coating shall be free from peeling and rust. The coating shall be uniform and free from obvious wrinkle, sagging, pinhole and bubble, and the parts requiring field welding shall be reserved for 100 mm without coating.
(5) identification, installation and transportation
(1) identification: the following two stickers should be pasted on the eye-catching parts of the equipment before leaving the factory

All parts shall be labeled when they are delivered in bulk
(2) the manufacturing department determines the packaging and transportation plan according to the delivery list, and checks the quantity and identification in strict accordance with the delivery list before shipment
(3) in the process of product transportation, it is not allowed to have bumps, bumps, extrusion deformation.
