Still Kettle, also known as steam curing kettle, is a large-scale container equipment; it mainly provides high temperature and high pressure chemical reaction environment for autoclaved products, and is widely used in aerated concrete blocks (plates), concrete pipe piles, lime-sand bricks, and pulverized coal. In industries such as gray brick, calcium silicate board, glass deep processing, etc., after steam curing, silicate products can obtain higher strength, and at the same time greatly shorten the curing cycle. The equipment is also widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, rubber, wood, military and other fields. Our company has absorbed advanced foreign design concepts and successfully developed jointly with domestic universities. It has formed a series of products such as manual upper (side) door opening, automatic hydraulic (pneumatic) door opening, and electric door opening.

      The picture shows an autoclave condensate waste heat treatment recovery system, including a solid-liquid separation device and a condensate treatment and recovery device. The condensate part is connected to an external sewage tank through a sediment tank, and the external sewage tank is equipped with a level gauge, a trap, etc. It realizes centralized control and discharges step by step according to the temperature difference. The water inlet of the low temperature water pipe and the water inlet of the high temperature water pipe are jointly connected with the condensate outlet of the autoclave, and there is a temperature control valve next to the water outlet. The recovery device includes a recovery tank, a steam-water heat exchanger, a purifier and a filter, etc., which can realize further recovery and utilization of condensed water.
