Product Description:
YLW series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation chain grate boiler. The front part of the boiler body is the radiant heating surface of the furnace, which is composed of close-packed double-sided coils; the rear part is the convection scouring heating surface, which is composed of serpentine tube bundles. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower chain grate to form a site combination. The air preheater is arranged behind the boiler. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion is absorbed part of the heat in the furnace, and enters the convection heating surface through the turning flue chamber to exchange heat. It exits the boiler and is heated by the air preheater into the combustion-supporting air of the boiler, and then the flue gas is sent by the induced draft fan through the dust collector Until the chimney is discharged into the atmosphere.
The installation is convenient, as long as the upper body and the lower grate are closed, the installation period is short. The furnace adopts double close-packed coiled tubes, and the heating surface is adequately arranged, which reduces the heat load on the surface of the tube and makes the use of heat transfer oil safe.
The medium flow is reasonable, and the heat transfer oil is from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace and can be easily discharged from the system. The furnace arch is designed reasonably and the flue gas stays in the furnace for a long time and burns more fully.
Turning to the smoke chamber to arrange the heating surface so that the next wall avoids the direct flushing of high-temperature smoke and effectively prevents the smoke short-circuit phenomenon caused by the fall of the smoke partition wall.
